Aerial yoga-is a blended practice that combines traditional yoga poses with elements of Pilates and dance, using a suspended aerial silk hammock.

Pole- An all-levels pole class designed to explore sensual, feminine movement while improving flexibility and mobility. Expect smooth transitions, supportive instruction, and deep stretches that leave you feeling strong, fluid, and embodied. Pole parties, workshops, and teacher training also available.

Relax Yoga- A yoga class where we relax all expectations about yoga and ourselves and embrace movement that feels good. A little Yin Yoga, a little somatic movement, a little ashtanga, little country, even a little bit country and a little bit rock and roll 😉

Mat Pilates- Using the Pop Pilates format to get strong and flexible while having fun! End of class has a yoga cool down.

You may  pay by zelle or venmo or cash at time of class. $10 per class, or card with 7 classes 8th is free. You do not need to pay to reserve your space in class, but reserving is important because if class has less than two participants it may be canceled at instructors discretion. Any cancellations will be noted on the reservation webpage as well which is also why its a good idea to check in ahead of time. If you are paying by card it is much easier to pay by the link below instead of during class set up 🙂
